Welcome to Timeless nails ltd By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked via phone our website or social media.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for bookings.

We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our service area.
2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment.

Remaining balance is due at the time of service via cash, card, or online payment.

Prices may vary based on nail design, length, or other extras and will be confirmed prior to your appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment without penalty, provided sufficient notice is given.
4. Travel and Accessibility

We serve clients within a 10-mile radius of Doncaster. A travel fee of £10 may apply for locations beyond this area.

Clients must provide a clean, safe, and well-lit environment with access to electricity and water.

Parking must be available close to the premises. Any parking costs will be added to the service fee.
5. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin/nail conditions, or infections before service begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of contagious infections (e.g. fungal infections).

All tools and equipment are sanitized according to professional hygiene standards.
6. Late Arrivals

If you are more than [15] minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

In some cases, services may be shortened to accommodate the delay.

7. Children and Pets

For safety and focus, please ensure that children and pets are supervised and kept away from the working area during your appointment.
8. Guarantee and Aftercare

We offer a 7 day guarantee for lifting, chipping, or breakage under normal use. Repairs beyond this period may incur a fee.

Clients must follow aftercare advice provided at the end of the service.
9. Photography and Social Media

We may take photos of your nails for promotional use. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.

No personal details will be shared without your consent.
10. Liability

Timeless nails ltd is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to property resulting from the use of our services, unless due to negligence.
11. Privacy

All personal information collected is kept confidential and used only for appointment management and client communication.
12. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes before their next appointment.
