Cancellation Policy

Timeless Nails Ltd – Booking Policy At Timeless Nails Ltd, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, safe, and professional nail care tailored to the needs of elderly clients. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following booking policy. 1. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-ins to ensure every client receives the appropriate care and attention. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website. For home visits, please ensure that a safe and clean workspace is available. 2. New Client Consultations First-time clients will receive a consultation to assess nail health and any special needs. Medical conditions or mobility issues should be disclosed at the time of booking so we can accommodate accordingly. 3. Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive (or be ready, in the case of mobile appointments) at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If we are visiting a care home or residence, please ensure access is arranged in advance. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £15 fee to cover travel and time. Repeated missed appointments may result in pre-payment being required for future bookings. 5. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card payments, bank transfers and contactless payments. Group or care home bookings may be invoiced monthly by prior arrangement. 6. Health & Safety If you or the client are feeling unwell, please inform us to reschedule the appointment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if there are signs of contagious conditions (e.g., fungal infections, open wounds, etc.) for the safety of all parties. All tools are sanitized to the highest standard after each appointment. 7. Carer/Family Involvement A carer or family member is welcome to be present during appointments. For clients with dementia or communication challenges, we appreciate support from a familiar person to ensure comfort and clarity. 8. Consent By booking with Timeless Nails Ltd, you agree to our policies and give consent for our trained professionals to perform non-invasive nail care services.
